Kicking My Bladder and a Miracle Pill! 21 Weeks

I guess I've been feeling Mcbaby for a couple of weeks now but last Sunday I was sure of it and yelled for Jared to come feel him! He kicked a few times for his daddy but since then Mcbaby has found it more amusing to kick my bladder making my bathroom run count RIDICULOUS!

babycenter.com says:
Your baby now weighs about three-quarters of a pound and is approximately 10 1/2 inches long — the length of a carrot. You may soon feel like he's practicing martial arts as he initial fluttering movements turn into full-fledged kicks and nudges. You may also discover a pattern to his activity as you get to know her better. In other developments, your baby's eyebrows and lids are present now, and if you're having a girl, her vagina has begun to form as well.

Mommy News:
  • While I have way more energy then the first trimester I do get tired quickly.
  • I've never slept well but it has gotten worse with my many tinkle trips and having to be careful when sleeping on my stomach.
  • I experienced my first case of heartburn!! OMG! I thought I was dieing and since Jared nor I have ever had heartburn we didn't have any TUMS in the house. So one night last weekend from around 9:30 PM until 3:00 AM I was in agony! Needless to say we are now fully stocked in that miracle pill, TUMS! :)

PS. I keep finding out more and more friends are pregnant so if you haven't told me yet please let me know when your due date is and what your having! We'll add you to our prayer list! :)

I had to take Pepcid - miracle drug - when I was pregnant with Hayes. I was just like you though; I had NEVER had heartburn. I thought I was DYING and told David so. When he got through laughing at me, he told me it was just heartburn. It is awful!!

Feeling the baby for the first time is so exciting! And I'm with you, I never knew what heartburn felt like until I was pregnant, and it is miserable!! It's all worth it though (or at least that's what they tell me)! : )
