Last night on So You Think You Can Dance Tyce DiOrio's choreography drew attention to the turmoil of a woman struggling with breast cancer, and its affects on her partner. To me, this was a beautiful moment and reminded me of the fight my family members had and lost. Melissa and Ade's performance brought everyone to tears, including me!

I LOVED this dance!!! I also cried a few weeks ago when Kupono and Kayla did the dance about addiction. It was incredible, too! Am I the only one irritated that Obama's address interrupted the first hour of SYTYCD?
Yes! We were really disappointed b/c we were DVRing Obama's press coverage and SYTYCD and we ended up getting two Obama recordings! I think that was a technical glitch on Fox b/c of the info on the bottom of the screen directing people to their coverage on FOX Business... I really don't think it was done on purpose!
I loved loved that addiction dance but really didn't like Kupono over all. I love all the dancers right now (except maybe Brandon... his facial expressions and some of his moves remind me of Carlton from Prince of Bel-Air!)
I've watched the Breast Cancer dance over and over, it just gives me chills!! I thought it was amazing how he captured the fight! ;)
I think it was an accident, too… OR NOT. It think someone behind the scenes at Fox “accidentally” sabotaged SYTYCD for their own left-wing agenda! Prior to the switch they were saying that they were NOT going to interrupt the show for Obama’s address.
I didn’t like Kupono either… NOT sad to see him go last week. I like all the dancers right now, too… even Brandon, but he DOES remind me of Carlton… a lot! I actually think Brandon is my favorite guy. I liked Ade until he wore an Obama t-shirt one night. Evan is a cutie (not to be confused with hottie), but not the best dancer and the other guy, oh, what’s his name… see, that’s just it. He’s just not memorable to me. Kayla and Melissa are both beautiful dancers, but Jeanine and Janette are my favorite girls.

Oh, and one more thing (sorry to comment so much). You'll probably hate me for saying this because during emotional dances like the one this post is about, it'll be all you can think about. But you can thank Justin for thinking of it. Tyce DiOrio = Tasty Oreo... especially when said with an English accent like Nigel's. Sorry. :-)
I wouldn’t be surprised about the “inside job” at FOX! It probably would have helped Obama if not so many stations viewed his coverage last night anyway!
- Brandon use to be my second fav guy! I really think the only reason he isn't one of my favs anymore is b/c I can only see him in that "Carlton" light and now he kinda gets on my nerves... weird?
- Evan, I enjoy watching the most! b/c his style is my fav... that old movie/Fred Astaire feel! His solos are fabulous, I usually watch it twice! I don't think he is going to win, as good of a dancer as he is… his features should limit him but I haven’t seen much of that yet.
- Ade is probably the best, most well rounded guy dancer! His hair comb thing is getting old!

Anyway, Jeanine is my favorite girl and overall fav!! I’ve loved her in all her dances, even the sucky Folk one!
Janette is my second fav!
Kayla and Melissa are a toss up for third! I think they are both fabulous dancers and I love watching them but they don’t have something that Jeanine and Janette have… it could just be a personality thing but that’s showbiz!
(I miss Randi, she was my fav girl until she went home)
Last night I did vote for Evan, Janette, Mellissa and Ade… usually I just vote for Evan and Janette over and over again but the Breast Cancer dance got to me! :)
Ellen was funny last night! But after she spoke we would all look at each other with this “why is she there” look! : )
I’ll have to watch out for Tasty Oreo! : )
My prediction is that Kayla and Evan go home tonight. I would have said Melissa but I think the Breast Cancer dance will carry her through to another week.

All the girls are so good it just comes down to popularity now and Kayla is probably going to get the boot! : )
Maybe you and I are the only ones who watch this, but I can't believe Janine was kicked off last night! I will miss her spice so much! I really thought it was going to be Kayla. And I'm definitely not shocked by what's-his-name. Thought the overall show was good last night, but I'm not impressed with Katie Holmes' skills. Did she do that same routine on American Idol? If not, where have I seen that before?

Katie Holmes did something similar on the show Eli Stone! I thought she did ok with what the dance she did which wasn't much!
